Pacific Northwest Contemporary Remodel

Located with a direct line to Mt. Si, this 5,000 square foot shingled beast towered over the land below it. In the land where black bears roam freely and eagles soar overhead, the scale of this home fit its surroundings perfectly. However, over the years, both the inside and exterior were showing signs of age and neglect. Sunbreak Homes came in and turned this giant back into the mold of its former image. With new appliances, new cabinetry, tile, refinished mohagany wood floors, paint and landscaping, this home quickly bounced back to life. The exterior shingles required an acid wash and refinishing and the extra garage was closed in to create a basement office for the owner. The exterior deck was repaired and refinished with elastomeric materials to bring it back to new. Over 5 tons of waste and overgrown foilage was removed from the yard and a new gravel driveway was laid. Just shy of a full gut rehab, this was an undertaking not for the faint of heart.
